Information submitted through forms
When you submit a project enquiry, RKL records the contact, company and project information you provide so the team can evaluate and respond to the request. Optional marketing consent is stored separately from the consent required to respond.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in RKL’s Google Cloud environment. Database access is restricted to authorised server-side identities and administrators. The public website cannot read enquiry records directly.
Attribution and cookies
The site records the landing page and campaign parameters associated with a form submission. First-touch attribution is kept in session storage for the current browser session. The current website does not install advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only for legitimate enquiry, relationship and legal-administration purposes. To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, contact hello@rklsoftware.co.za. Requests may require reasonable identity verification.
Policy changes
This notice should be updated when RKL adds analytics, advertising, scheduling, customer portals or other processing tools. It does not claim legal guarantees beyond the actual controls described here.
